TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Below are the terms and conditions applicable for all attendees of International Pharmaceutical Industry Expo (iPharma Expo USA). By registering for the event, you agree to abide by the below terms and conditions.

1. Covid safety

The safety of our attendees and speakers is our highest priority. iPharma Expo will take all necessary precautions for the safety of its attendees. All the safety norms will be followed at the venue without affecting the experience of an in person expo and conference. We stay up to date on the government guidelines and follow them very strictly. 2. Event Time and Dates

Due to uncertain pandemic situation and the government regulations the event dates and venue are tentative to change anytime. iPharma reserves the right to increase or decrease show hours, days change venue location. iPharma reserves the right to change the event’s venue, city and/or event dates. The organization is not responsible for any loss occurred to the registrants due to change in event dates or reducing the number of event days or change in venue. No compensation shall be made by the organizers due to the reduction of the event days or change in the event dates or change in the event venue.

Important Note: iPharma is not responsible for any losses in travel or hotel reservations or losses of any kind. Registrants are advised to contact iPharma team before making travel and stay arrangements to avoid any possible loss.

3. Cancellation and Transfer of Registration

All cancellations, modifications of registration or transfers must be made in writing to info@ipharmaexpo.com

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to info@ipharmaexpo.com. Details must include the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

However, registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 45 days of the event.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

4. Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, or not able to attend or exhibit due to event rescheduling then the following refund arrangements apply:

All refunds will be initiated after the completion of the event, same applies to the rescheduled events. Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants accounts.

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-

Before 150 days of the expo: Eligible for 50 percent refund

Within 150 days of expo: Not eligible for Refund

All discounted exhibitor or attendee registration fees are not- refundable.

If iPharma Expo gets canceled for any reason, you will receive a credit note for 100% of the registration fee paid after the deduction of the payment gateway charges.

5. Postpone or change of dates:

The iPharma Expo Committee will keep all efforts not to make any changes in the event dates. However, under unavoidable circumstances like covid-19 and abiding by the government guidelines if the event must be postponed below terms apply to your registration

• Your registration will be automatically transferred to the new postponed dates.

• Due to heavy and unavoidable advances organizers have to pay to the venue, and other marketing costs refund is not allowed on any of the registration costs, however, the registration can be transferred to any of your colleague or company or for any of the future events organized by us.

• Any other eligible requests can be made in writing to info@ipharmaexpo.com which can be settled after the completion of the event.

• iPharma organizers are not responsible for any losses towards travel or accommodation expenses. Registrants are advised to contact iPharma team before making travel and stay arrangements to avoid any possible loss.

6. Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Every hotel has its own cancellation policies for accommodation, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

7. Third-party websites: 

iPharma Expo organizers are not responsible for the registration or any other prices mentioned on the third-party websites. Attendees are advised to check for the dates and prices on the official website www.ipharmaexpo.com. The iPharma management has full authority and flexibility on the registration costs.

8. Visa Information

Keeping in view of increased security and safety measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

iPharma will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of iPharma, including the inability to obtain a visa.

9. Responsibility

Attendees are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Exhibitors, Visitors, Delegates, Speakers due to any reason whatsoever.

10. Insurance 

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

11. Transportation

Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the attendee.

12. Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, the letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the expo as exhibitor, sponsor, or speaker. Once your registration is complete, please contact info@ipharmaexpo.com to request a personalized letter of invitation.

13. Privacy Policy

For iPharma privacy for our valued customers is important. We strongly believe that our customers’ personal information should not be shared with a third party without prior consent or request from the customer. Privacy is the right of an individual, and the customer’s information such as contact number, email, addresses, etc. is used only for internal purposes and not for sale. We condemn the unauthorized reach and misuse and/or discloser of the customer’s personal information and we have strict guidelines and high-security features to prevent the same. Any changes in our Privacy Policy will be posted here on the website.
